Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?+
Yes, we deliver to major centres and outlying areas across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout based on your address.
Can I collect my order in-store instead?+
Absolutely. Select in-store collection at checkout and choose either our Moffet on Main or Beacon Bay, East London store. We'll email you once your order is ready to collect.
What is your returns policy?+
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See our Returns Policy page for the full details on how to start a return.
How do I track my order?+
