Do you deliver nationwide in South Africa?+
Yes, we deliver to major centres and outlying areas across South Africa via The Courier Guy. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout based on your address.
Can I collect my order in-store instead?+
Absolutely. Select in-store collection at checkout and choose either our Moffet on Main or Beacon Bay, East London store. We'll email you once your order is ready to collect.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number for The Courier Guy. See our Track My Order page for more information.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?+
Yes — hotels, venues, event companies, retailers and offices can apply for our Wholesale Programme for trade pricing across our full range. Visit the Wholesale page to apply.
