How we get your order to your door, safely and on time.
Delivery Partner
All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's most trusted couriers. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to major centres usually takes 2–4 business days, and 3–7 business days to outlying areas. Delivery times may extend during the busy December period — we recommend ordering early for Christmas.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Free delivery thresholds and promotions, when running, will be shown at checkout.
Collection In-Store
Prefer to skip delivery? You're welcome to collect your order from either of our stores — Moffet on Main or Beacon Bay, East London. Select in-store collection at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
