Our Story

The Christmas House Shop began with a simple idea: Christmas deserves more than a rushed trip down a supermarket aisle in December. From our stores at Moffet on Main and Beacon Bay, East London, we've built a destination for genuinely beautiful festive décor — trees, ornaments, lighting, nativity scenes, tableware and everything in between.

We work with trusted suppliers to bring in pieces that feel considered rather than mass-produced, so that the decorations you bring out year after year keep earning their place in your home.

Today, we serve customers across South Africa online, alongside our two physical stores, and we work with hotels, venues, event companies and retailers through our Wholesale Programme. Whatever brings you here — decorating your own home or dressing a venue for guests — we're glad to help make it feel like Christmas.
