Tracking Your Delivery
As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking number for The Courier Guy along with a link to follow its progress right to your door.
Haven't Received a Tracking Email?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before they ship. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Collected In-Store?
If you chose in-store collection, we'll email you as soon as your order is packed and ready to collect at Moffet on Main or Beacon Bay, East London.
