Returns Policy
Not quite right? Here's how easy we make it to sort out.
30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@thechristmashouseshop.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and let you know how to send the item back to us, or arrange collection where available.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. Sale items are always clearly marked at checkout.
