Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayFast and SnapScan. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Product Availability
We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but items may occasionally sell out between when you view them and when you order. If an item you've ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a refund or alternative.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined on our Shipping Info page. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Returns
Our full returns terms are set out on our Returns Policy page, including the 30-day return window and conditions for eligibility.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts only and is subject to the terms accepted during the wholesale application process. Wholesale pricing may not be combined with retail promotions.
